Can I file some kind of charges on the mother of my child.

The mother of my child and I reside in separate counties almost 4hours apart. She is constantly in and out of jail and one arrest was for attacking me. Every other month she is taking out an injunction on me. Each time I go to court she do not show and it is dismissed. I went to the police to file charges of purgy charges but they refused. I went to the state attorney office and they said they couldn't do anything. In the past year she file over 6 injunctions falsely on me and I have never been arrested for them. What can I do about this?

Unless the Domestic Violence judge or the State Attorney decide to do anything, you may only have the remedy of filing some sort of malicious prosecution type civil case against your ex or the state.
