She decides she wants to rent to former tenant after we already moved in for almost two weeks , she had the former tenant threaten me to try get us to leave , I signed with her , an notary signatures for a one year lease agreement . Now she said she won't take my money what do I do , I just want to stay until lease is due
You need to review everything with a local landlord-tenant attorney. You should also document as fully as you can your attempts to pay rent and her refusal to accept it. Do save or put the rent aside as you will likely ultimately need to pay it all at once and if you no longer have it, you could end up evicted. Depending upon her actions, you may have claims against her already, so see a local attorney.
She would have to sue you and get a court judgment in order to terminate the right to possession. As far as the rent, an attorney could help figure out what to do. Perhaps you could file suit and pay rent into the registry of the court.

Send her the money by check. If she refuses it, save it back in a separate bank account. That way, if she sues you for eviction and rent, you will have the money saved to pay the back rent. Check with an attorney. .com search feature is free. Talk to a lawyer.
