For I-130, can I submit divorce certificate instead of divorce decree?

I wonder if divorce certificate can replace divorce decrees when filling I130. Thank you.

This is not a Family Law question. I will move it to the correct section.

If the divorce was completed in the United States, you will need to submit the document ( decree) that was issued and signed by the civil court judge with the FORM I-130.

If the divorce occurred in the U.S., then you need to submit something that has a judge's signature to confirm that the divorce is final. I'm not sure what the fundamental divorce between a divorce decree and a divorce certificate is so I can't tell you whether this would be sufficient. If the divorce occurred outside of the U.S., consult the department of state website to confirm that this document is proper. You can google reciprocity table u.s. department of state and it should pop up. Good luck!
