This sort of agreement would be a bailment agreement. Bailment is a common law relationship whereby one party surrenders possession of property to another, but retains ownership of the property. A common example of bailment is when you valet your car. As for drawing up a formal contract to memorialize this sort of agreement, there are a lot of pitfalls to watch out for. You would be best served by consulting an attorney who handles contract drafting.

You would title the agreement something along the lines of "Bailment Agreement" or "Loan Agreement." Be sure to specify in the agreement that you are to retain ownership of the goods. That way, you can avoid any confusion should the agreement fall through and you find yourself in court.
