I received a citation 3 weeks ago for prostitition/a undercover detective busted me in a sting/I agreeded to work with them in undercover in turn they agreed to take care of my citation/We did sucessfully go threw with the work and i helped them arrest a drug dealer and a man for solicitation.Im wanting to be sure the citation has been taken care of since im already on a suspended sentence.The officer on the phone in the booking dept told me there isnt anything in the system but to call back in 3 weeks.Do they really have that much time to file the citation?Just a bit worried

Do they really have that much time to file the citation? Most likely and even more as long as they can hang this over your head to get what they want from you. Working with the police rarely ends well and I believe it was a mistake for you to agree with this arrangement. The police are not your friend and will turn on you if they think you are not fully cooperating. They make the rules and you are at their mercy.
