In most states no due to the interstate compact. Most states will honor The NJ suspension of your NJ driving priveledges. Best to just not drive during your license suspension period up to and including when you become eligable to get your license restored and do so with the DMV. You do not want to risk possibly getting a driving while on the suspended while on a dwi suspension charge as that charge is very serious.

Also the judge will take your NJ license if you get convicted, thus you will not have possession of your license to have it to drive or get a license in another state.
