My Mom was found dead on her kitchen floor by her boyfriend of 30 years. I strongly feel that he neglected to give her immediate help. He heard her fall, saw her laying on the floor, heard her gasping for air or gurgling and didn't help her. In the meantime, he went out for breakfast, came back and took a nap. Then he realized she was still on the floor so he touches he leg and she's ice cold. Then he calls 911.
My Mom didn't deserve to die that way. She had bruises on her face and body. Her lip was busted and there was a huge knot above her eye.. Because of the severity of the bruises the funeral director had to use a lot of make up to hide them. She didn't look like my Mom.
