Chances are your bond will be applied to any fines and court costs that you will be assessed at your hearing (if you're found guilty or plead guilty). If you're found not guilty, full refund on cash bonds.

You will be eligible to receive a reimbursement of the bond paid. Provided however that you owe no fines or Court Cost. If you do owe money to the court system, your bond will be applied to that debt.
