What can I do to prove my ex is lying to get more child support?

Child Support 2 views 1 answers
She is claiming she has to pay 500 dollars a month for child care but the only proof she had was an agreement between her and her mother but there were no witnesses signing it and it was not official by any means. The amount domestics is trying to make me pay because of this is unrealistic, especially when I believe she gets free daycare from her employer. Is there anything I can do to help myself?

The best thing anyone can do in a case like yours, or any case for that matter is to hire an attorney to represent you. Lawyers are professionals that understand how the system works and all of the rules and laws that apply to any given situation. Most people that are not lawyers have no idea of what to do or how to do it. A lawyer will know how to challenge her "proof" of the day care expense. Go and sit down with a local family law/child support attorney and discuss the details, and follow their advice.
