a home next to my 89 yo dad....everything in line with realtor agent but have hit a hurdle with community secretary. ? 20% of residence can be younger that 55 within age reason. I also have MS...what are my rights in future discussions with this person. Too much to go into with her u professionalism

It's not really a legal question. If they don't have 20% under 55 yet then maybe if they approve you. If they are at or over 20% they can deny you and they are within the rules to do so. It's their discretion; there is no law on the topic.
