The purpose of attorneyqna.com is to introduce you to attorneys, but not to provide legal advice. In this situation, most experienced immigration attorneys will have more questions. Attorneys want to review the situation and suggest whether legal options make sense for you. General options for relief such as a declaratory action in Federal Court may not make sense in your particular situation. The public, too often, assumes that attorneys have an indefinite amount of time. This is often encouraged by the few who claim to offer their services for free only to charge and perhaps refrain from taking action as quickly or efficiently as expected. I strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment or teleconference with an experienced attorney. In general, the experience that you have had seems unusual. The examiner may have other concerns or pre-occupations, which may occur at times. The above is general information and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
