Can i marry a felony and be a probation officer?.
Im am working on getting my AA in Criminal Justice and I would like to become a Probation Offices, but ny boyfriend is a felony can i still become a probation officer and be married to him.

Not an ideal situation, but your record or lack there of would be definitive.

I agree. But, Felons cannot have weapons. If your probation department requires or allows them, that can cause a problem for them.
