Concerned about wher I stand with his govt pension house and property as related to prenup which only gives me the house if he dies. I am a recent cancer survivor and cannot live the rest of my years under this stress

I'm so sorry. No one deserves to live in a marriage in which they don't want. But, I would, personally, need some additional information before I could answer this question. You should schedule a consultation with a divorce lawyer and allow them to review your prenuptial agreement. They should be able to advise you as to what you may be entitled.
