Speeding in a school zone 27 in a 15.
I was driving to the hospital with an injured arm and truthfully, with my left arm up I really couldn't see the speedometer. Don't mind a fine but want to avoid jail.

You're not going to jail for driving 27 MPH. Even in a school zone. Youre excuse will not be taken favorably by a judge or prosecutor. They will take the position that if you could not drive safely(you were injured and couldn't see speedometer) then you should not have been driving at all. You either should've had someone else drive or if no one was available, call an ambulance.
