How can I report instance of corporate malfeasance? Who can I report to? Is there a government agency?
I suspect fraud at a company which is now bankrupt

Other than the bankruptcy, what would be the point? Who would have a remedy?

I agree the trustee is the person you inform. However, I need more info. If this is a criminal matter, or the company was an SEC reporting company (e.g., publicly traded), you have other avenues, and maybe even whistle blower incentives
