I have to submit my application to NJ BON as soon as possible however I was convicted of driving while intoxicated back in 2010. The NJ BON requires a narrative about the incident and I have read that this explanation can be the determining factor of the BON allowing me to sit for the boards and ultimately become licensed. I was hoping to find a lawyer who has experience with this that is located in NJ. Thank-you.

Hi. You need an attorney who handles "administrative law" cases. You should be able to find one of us using the search engine. Cases that involve state agencies, like the nursing board, are heard in New Jersey's Office of Administrative Law, with offices in Newark, Trenton, and Atlantic City.
