When I married my wife I didn't know that she has addiction problem, now after being together for more than 4year her addiction has gotten worse and we're fighting a lot and she is using up all the money i have saved up also threatened that she will not sign my I 751 form to remove conditions. What should I do? I'm lost. Thanks

You can seek a waiver of the joint filing requirement. The best waiver for you will depend upon more detailed information about the situation. You will still need to demonstrate the marriage was entered into good faith. You should consult an attorbey as soon as possible.
You may need to file for a waiver of the joint filing requirement on the petition to remove conditions of your conditional green card. Since this is a highly complex type of case, you should seek the assistance of a reputable immigration attorney for it.
If you can demonstrate that the marriage was entered in to in good faith, you can seek a waiver of the joint filing requirement for Form I-751. It sounds like you need to find a way to get her to sign, and then you work to help her with the drug issue. Since you say you are lost, it sounds like you still want to make this all work, but are doing it all on your own. Reach out and get help - and deal with the immigration issue at times when she is reasonable.
