H4 EAD filing fee
Hi
I am applying H4EAD for my wife.She is not having Bank account.I am taking the $380 cashier's check in the name of U.S Department of Homeland security.But remitters name would be my name..Is it a problem?

No, usually CIS does not care whop pays the fees, as long as is paid and is good (cashable).

No it is not a problem but you should not be applying until after the 26th of May.

You will be fine. NOTE: It doesn't need to be a cashier's check, a money order, or personal check are fine.
