Call the clerk's office of the Colorado court handling the matter and see what might be worked out for you, including the possibility of a trial in your absence, allowing you to either submit a sworn affidavit of your testimony, a letter to the judge explaining your side of things, or perhaps, permitting you to testify by telephone at the regular trial of the case. You could, also, of course, hire a Colorado attorney to represent you in the matter. M.E. Hendrickson, Esq. Alexandria, Virginia 22314
