Deposition transcripts and document exhibits

When I get deposed by the opposing party, are they obligated to give me a free copy of the transcript and exhibits used in the deposition? I read frcp30(f) but it's a bit ambiguous.

you should be able to get a copy of the exhibits used but not the transcript unless you pay the court reporter for it.

If the case is in Idaho State Court, FRCP 30(f) does not apply. That rule applies to federal cases. Under the Idaho rules, you have a right to review the transcript of your own deposition (not the deposition of others) before signing it, but you do not have a right to obtain a copy unless you pay the court reporter a reasonable fee. See Idaho Rule of Civil Procedure 30(f)(2). Best of luck.
