How long does it take for a prosecutor to process an affidavit of non prosecution and make a decision after i submit it?

I recently submited an affidavit of non prosecution for a dv case. I didn't go through the DA office since my time is alwayS limited. I handed it to an attorney who forward it to the DA office. Now my question is how long does it normally take for the DA office to review it and decide what they will do next with the case?

There is no time frame . They will probably look at it before the defendants next court date but it could be a long time before they make a decision,
