I was awarded a judgment in small claims court that requires the defendant to pick up a vehicle that she sold me and return the money I paid plus other expenses. the defendant refuses to comply. I have already filed an Abstract of judgment and a writ of execution but still no answer from her. What else can I do to collect the money and force her to pick up the ca?
