I-765 and I-131 filed, I-130+I485 pending 14months.

US citizen spouse is abusive and filing for I-1360. Can I-765 and I-131 cards can be used once,its approved? while I-360 will be pending? the spouse is requesting to USCIS, to hold I-485 until I-360 decision made.

It remains to be seen whether the local USCIS office will agree to hold the already filed I-485 "in abeyance" until the newly filed I-360 is adjudicated by the Vermont Service Center. In the meantime, using the the I-131 Advance Parole Travel Document issued as the result of the spousal I-130 petition could be risky. You might not be readmitted back into the USA if depart now. Consult directly an experienced immigration lawyer.

You need to talk to the lawyer that did the I-360 ... don't try to use the work permit that is 'attached' to the I-485.

The abused spouse should file the FORM I-360 and an independent FORM I-485/I-131/I-765.
