I would need a lot more information to answer this question. Do you have an attorney? If so, they should be able to give you information. If not, you need one. Good luck.

A class B felony in Oregon carries a maximum penalty of 10 years (ORS 161.605) and a maximum fine of $250,000 (ORS 161.625). For more specific information about the likely punishment, you have to look at the Oregon sentencing guidelines. See, OAR 213-004-0001 & 213-017-0000 – 0011. The guidelines are set forth on a grid, where the vertical axis is the crime seriousness scale. OAR 213-004-0001(1). The horizontal axis classifies criminal histories. Id. A copy of the grid is available at: http://www.oregon.gov/CJC/GuidelinesGrid.pdf Finding the spot on the grid is just the first step. There are many other questions and complications that need to be addressed. Are there departure factors that would dictate a different sentence? Are these separate criminal episodes? That is why it is important to contact and consult with an attorney about your case. The foregoing information is provided as a public service and does not create an attorney – client relationship and should not be interpreted to constitute advice on any particular case.
