Also charged with No seatbelt and No insurance. The person does have insurance but didn't have the correct card in the vehicle.at the time. The deputy said Court is on Tomorrow and I am bringing the proof of insurance on his behalf. What will happen next since we couldn't pay cash bond for the 1,500.00 (Madison County MS) Will they let him make arrangements on this fine??

A bond is not a fine and a DUI is not a DIY project. The bond is money you post with court to ensure you will come back for your court dates. If you do everything right you get that money back less fines and court costs. The amount may be reduced once he sees the judge or it may not. If you cannot post the bond as modified after seeing the judge, he will have to stay in jail until the matter is resolved. He really needs an attorney.
If you cannot pay a $1,500.00 cash bond and do not have money for an attorney, the court will appoint an attorney for your loved one. Hopefully, the bond will be unsecured or reduced to an amount you all can afford. The attorney should be able to handle all this for your loved one.
