Changing Judges.

The "Judge" who has been presiding over my divorce (which was final as of Jan 13th 2014) I believe is sexist against men. Commissioner Victoria Mullen Mckee. I would like to change to a different division or Judge if possible. What steps do I take? Do I simply file a Motion for Change of Venue? Change of Judge? How do I do this? Please help me!

If your case is final as of last year, nothing is currently pending in your case. If a Motion to Modify or some other motion is filed in your case, it may be assigned to a different judge. If not, your attorney can file a Motion to Change Judge on the new matter. A change of Venue is not the correct Motion from what you have set out.
