Touch free automatic car wash fell apart on my truck. I'm getting the run around from the car wash. Do I need a lawyer for this?
My truck is stock height with no aftermarket body parts. Two panels on the car wash dropped onto my truck and were dragged across the entire length of my truck by the car wash machinery - scratching and denting the truck body. The store that owns the car wash (SAMs club) has not given me any feedback on who will repair my truck. I do not want to file a claim with my insurance company because I do not believe this is my fault.
