It's not possible to make any type of accurate prediction based on limited information provided. How should you handle this? use the '"find a lawyer" tab above to locate a local criminal attorney for advice and to discuss your legal options. Early intervention by an experienced attorney is very important. Most firms offer a free consultation.

Three F1s, and F4, and an F5, regardless of what they actually are, is horrific news. You need to get a lawyer. You could potentially be looking at decades of time behind bars, not to mention collateral civil sanctions that will prevent you from getting certain jobs or voting once you're out. If you're not a US citizen, you will probably end up in removal (deportation) proceedings. This being your first felony will not help you at all with those levels of felony hanging over your head.

Much more information, such as the specific charges would be necessary to accurately answer your question as some charges, aside from what class of felony, have mandatory minimum sentences and even mandatory prison time. You need to consult with an attorney ASAP. As indicated by the other attorneys, there are far reaching consequences of a felony conviction, aside from the possible criminal penalties themselves. Your freedom is at stake and you do not want to go this alone. Good luck.

While all felonies are serious, the presence of three (3) F1s is definitely cause for concern. Without knowing all of the details and possible defenses, which should not be discussed here, it would be impossible to offer an opinion on what could happen. However, in one of your comments, you indicated that you were currently represented by counsel. That said, you should review all of the questions and concerns with your attorney.
