IM TRYING TO GET DIVORCE FAST MY HUSBAND DO NOT AGREE BUT I WANT TO GET DIVORCE HE USE TO HIT ME AND I CHEAT ON ME I DONT WANT TO BE WITH HIM NO MORE WE BEEN SEPARATED FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND HE HAS ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP I JUST MOVE TO THIS AREA BUT I WANT TO GET DIVORCE FAST AS I ALSO CONTINUE MY LIFE AND IM NOW IN A RELATIONSHIP I HAVE THREE KIDS WITH MY HUSBAND AND I OWN A TRUCK THAT I USE TO TAKE MY KIDS TO SCHOOL AND THAT I PAY OFF MY SELF MY HUSBAND WAS DEPORTED TO MEXICO FOR THE REASON OF HITTING ME AND FOR CHOKING ME I DONT WANT TO GO TO COURT PLEASE CAN U HELP ME MY BEST NUMBER IS 2816760601

I understand your urgency. There is a process that you must go through to get a divorce. The courts may expedite your case due to the circumstances. However you best bet is the hire a competent attorn in your area. This will be over soon. I hope sooner than soon in your situation.

If you have lived in NYS for at least one year, you may file for divorce in the county clerk's office. However, since there are children involved and it doesn't seem like your husband is consenting to the divorce, then you should hire an attorney that practices in or around West Winfield. This probably won't be a fast case, but you really should discuss your situation in detail with a local attorney.

Everyone wants to get divorced as quickly as possible because they are not happy in their relationship and everyone has a reason why they need their case expedited. The civil justice system is slow unfortunately so there really isn't any quick way to get a divorce especially if he chooses to fight.
