I SIGNED A CONTRACT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (SUBLET) AND THE REALTOR DID NOT COLLECT ANY MONEY BY THE REQUIRED DUE DATE. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM REALTOR IN DAYS. AM I OBLIGATED TO PAY ANY OF THE MONEY THAT WAS REQUIRED TO LEASE APARTMENT?

Yes. Just because it was not requested by the due date does not mean you are not like under the contract you signed. Law gives someone quite a few years to collect money on a contract whether they requested payment or not.

More information is required to clearly answer your question. The first question is was the a lease agreement or an agreement to enter into a lease with a realtor. They are not the same thing. Please call and email the realtor to document your efforts to get in contact with the realtor.

You already know the answer is Yes. Typically, the property manager is not required to come pick up your money or contract you, rather your lease will set out the terms of you delivering the moneys at issue.
