Dear Respected Sir,
according to my employer my H1 application stuck on Security check. He applied for my H1 on 2014. actually i dont have any bad records against me in this world. now my question, my employer he dont want to spend for me premium processing charges . if he upgrade to premium can i expect result with in 15 days? thanks

I agree with my colleague - you should be speaking to the attorney handling the petition, and premium processing wouldn't overcome a security check delay.
That said, it is unusual for a security check to happen at the USCIS stage adjudication stage (more common when applying for a visa stamp at a consulate abroad ). I would want to know more specifics on what was going on, where the information comes from, etc.

Once Security Name check ordered by either USCIS or the US consuate overseas, no °Premium Processing° with USCIS wil help. What did your employeràs immigration lawyer have to say about this_
Not only will premium processing not help but it is not available now, just announced by CIS as temporarily suspended. Talk to your employer's attorney of record.
