So I need to find a co-sponsor and provide I-864 and w2, 1040 forms. But my husbnad got a raise after he filed the affidavit. (he filed in October and got a raise in December 2014). Can it be sufficient if we get a notice from the employee about his raise and last 6 month salary notice or something like that?

Submit with your husband additional pay information. To avoid another rejection you may want to have a cosponsor submit along with your husband's information.

Your husband can try to submit new evidence. Normally they want to see 6 months of pay stubs. Why not talk to an attorney? Many of us use Skype.

You should submit the documents you mention but since it is so recent they might still want a co-sponsor. So I would recommend that you find a cosponsor with an income that is clearly above the required amount to avoid further problems.
