Is there anything I can do to get the Court to review a motion in a more timely manner?

I filed a motion back in February and it has been pushed back for the third time now it will not be review until the end of June. It is a motion to reopen a Judgment and amend Child Support order due to fraud or misrepresentation by the other party. If the motion was denied I was going to refile a motion to modify child support as the other party is making nearly three times what he claimed in Court back in January. Do I have to wait for them to review the current motion or can I go ahead and file a motion to modify now?

Once you file a motion to modify child support, the court can modify all payments which came due after the motion to modify was filed. Any support payments which came due prior to the filing of the motion cannot be modified. So, You should file your motion to modify ASAP, to lock in the date of retroactive application.
