I caught a possession of Narcotic's under 50 grams case, and as a term of pre trial I have random drug testing for marijuana and they made me drop, I was dirty and they knew it but they gave me another drug test and I dropped .40 the second test was about 25 days after the first one, I need marijuana because I have a enstrangulated hernia and it eases the pain, if I smoked one more joint , would it be out of my system fast enough before they drop me again, and how soon will they drop me again??? I need to know because I want to smoke this last blunt, but not if I'll have to drop within 15 or 20 days, I figure that's enough time to get marijuana out of my system.. Please help me out..
You are subject to random drug screens which means that no one knows when you will have your next drug screen. Do not smoke the marijuana as it is a violation of the terms of your pretrial release and could revoke your bond. Go to a pain physician and get a proper prescription for your pain.
Yes you can, if you want your bond revoked and be locked up. Take that blunt and throw it as far away as possible. You've got enough legal problems without making it worse.

I'd recommend NOT smoking marijuana UNLESS 1. You have a valid medical marijuana card AND 2. You have the permission of the judge.
A couple of the judges in Saginaw allow medical marijuana while in probation or bond IF you have a card AND they approve it.
