I am a Swedish citizen on a F-1 visa in North Dakota, If I get married to a U.S. Ciritizen, and take his last name. Do I have to change my last name in my visa, and Swedish passport, and SSN? If I pot my married name into the USIC process for a green card?

Yes, if the marriage license/certificate legally changed your name, you must 'fix' it on all your documents.
