In January this year I was arrested for DUI, hit and run which I never committed. I was never driving and no car been found the fun they said I hit. I was waiting for my brother to pick me up and I parked my car on that street earlier. Since I had few drinks when my body drop me off my brother was going to pick me up. I chose to wait outside on the street because I didn't want go in my car cause I had been drinking. I was really thirsty and I knocked someone's door. I think he saw me and start arguing with me for no reason. He was really angry and I saw someone else with to so I went to my car and sit inside in my car and locked up. I was goona call 911 but I knew I had been drinking and police not going believe me. I didn't.
It sounds like you may have some good facts with which to work. It also sounds like you need some additional investigation done on your case. Are you represented by an attorney? If not, you should retain the best one you can afford.
Even without a specific question, I can tell you that you need to contact an experienced criminal defense lawyer in your area immediately and tell them all the details of your situation. They can give you some better direction. Good luck!
This is an unfortunate situation. Are you being prosecuted? Please let us know if you have a legal question, otherwise, you should know that you cannot resolve this online and you will need an attorney. If you cannot afford a private attorney, the public defender's office will be appointed to represent you. In San Jose, they are very good lawyers. Best wishes.
It's never a good idea to post specific details of your criminal case on a website where anyone can read them.
You haven't really asked a question, but this isn't a do it yourself project.
You can either hire a lawyer yourself, or wait until you go to court and ask the judge to appoint one from the Public Defender's Office.
