F4 - India [ Priority Date : 14 Nov 2002 ,I am Derivative benficiary , My Aunt(Petitioner) at time of filling our i130 petition submitted my birth certifcate which has place of birth as India but in my all passports it is mentioned Dammam(KSA) which is actual, if possible by taking a court order i can change in my passport with birth place updated as India .I want to keep India my place of birth because of chief reasons: firstly , petitioner submitted my India Birth certificate & secondly getting official birth certificate from Damman(KSA) is highly impossible.
At the time of interview will they ask for my all old passports & if i say it got lost will this be fine or they can put me under administrative processing ? will it be fine if i show them all my former passports?
Thank you

As to your questions, no attorney can suggest that you lie or misrepresent information. I'm sorry, but your description does not make it clear: were you born in India or in Saudia Arabia? Why do your passports say you were born in KSA if your birth certificate shows India? Were you an Indian citizen born abroad? Why this discrepancy re: place of birth'?
First an attorney has to understand where you were actually born and why there is a discrepancy. After that the solution will come. Unfortunately, considering the nature of your question, you will have to discuss this with an attorney in confidence. Good luck!
Yes, it will be a problem because the country and place of birth are different. They’d want to confirm which is which and why the other doc has different info.
