Im being charged with 3 felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon what will happen at prob cause at court

There is no clear way for any of us to answer this without knowing all the facts. The probable cause conference is the first step at the district court after your arraignment. That is when you and your lawyer will decide whether to have to have the preliminary army exam or if the case can be resolved with a plea. Only your lawyer who is fully aware of all the facts of your case can give you a good idea of what to expect and what the best course of action is.
