The rules do not allow the lawyers to solicit you so I suggest that you try using the Find A Lawyer tab on and make some calls.

Then you should use avvo's lawyer finder tool, and call down the list of civil rights lawyers in your state until you find one who will pick up the ball.

Our office, like many others, handles these case on a contingency fee basis... I would simply suggest contacting local attorneys and presenting them with the facts, and copies of all filings submitted to date or a Docket so the attorney can review and research the facts themselves... Generally, many attorneys are not keen on taking tl cases that have already been filed pro se as a result of the potential damages done to the case by virtue of a lack of legal knowledge on the part of the pro se litigant. You should speak to several attorneys and simply see if anyone bites, you could also proactively contact attorneys you find on this site and discuss the merits of your case with them. I wish you the best of luck.
