is it unusual if elderly bedridden terminally ill man is supplied with a lawyer by non-family/friend a few weeks before the man passed away the lawyer drafted and notarized a Will leaving all assets to that non-family/friend and now that the man passed away the lawyer is representing that non-family/friend against family that filed for pre-discover of records to see if they may contest their father's Will? Also that lawyer was giving legal advice to that Non-family/friend a month earlier, but was not representing her..

You should contact a family attorney or estate attorney immediately if you suspect foul play and wrongdoing. It does seem odd that he would leave everything to all non-family members. Look to find the will prior to this last one.
