Tenants Rights.

My lease expired on May 1, 2015. My landlord has not presented a new lease for renewal. I plan on moving out. Can I do that? How many days notice do I give my landlord that I'm moving out?

As a tenant remaining in the property after the expiration of the lease, you would likely be deemed a tenant-at-will, as such you are required to give a 30 day notice. However, if your lease provides a different metric for termination, you should probably follow that. What does the lease state about termination, if anything?
