Can you file a Petition for Relief from Parental Alienation? If so, what specific relief is typically requested?

Mother & Father never married. Mother acknowledges Father as Paternal Father. Child is 11. For most of Child's life, Mother blocked & obstructed Father's ability to be a father to the Child. CPS has custody of Child due to Mother's incarceration & the Court has declared Child Dependent as to both Mother & Father. The Court however is giving Father a chance to prove that he can be a Father to Child & has 2 months to do it. Father has been alienated from Child for so long he doesn't know what to do. Father loves Child and wants Child but is not sure that Child should be with him due to Mother's mental abuse and brainwashing of Child about Father. Father does not have a bond with Child anymore. Can Father prove alienation to the court and ask for relief that would help the situation?
