How much will it cost me if i ask for the final transcript from the immigration court ?

I need the transcript which includes the judge decision . My attorney didn't provide me the original copy . She just gave her version of the decision on a single paper. And now i want to open a new case using another attorney and he wants that transcript. And he says it will cost me handful amount to order one if he does that for me instead he suggested me to ask from my old attorney but she says it will take about 15 to 20 days . In midst of all this i want to know how much will it cost for my new attorney to order one and how much time will it take ???
