Family member was charge with formal probation one of the clause states 10) DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH ANY UNRELATED PERSON YOU KNOW TO BE ON EITHER PROBATION, PAROLE, MANDATORY SUPERVISION OR POST RELEASE COMMUNITY SUPERVISION. Since I was convicted of a dui and I'm still on probation does that mean I can't every see or be close to my family member until one of us is out of probation?

If you are a family member, you are related and therefore not prohibited from seeing each other.

The order says do not association with any UNRELATED person. It sounds like you two are related.

Do you mean he was placed on formal probation? Anyway, the order says "unrelated person". If he is your family member, then you two are related. Associating with him would not violate this clause.
