Father revoked adoption five days after birth. Do I need to revoke the adoption too to maximize my rights as a mother?

We are unmarried, got pregnant and agreed to give the child up for adoption. The child was born and went home with the adoptive parents but Dad gave notice to the agency that he wanted the child back. If my son is not going to be adopted then I want to raise him myself. 1. Do I need to officially revoke my adoption agreement (I'm still within ten days from birth but agency says the child automatically is coming back to me - please confirm). 2. Is there anything I can do to get sole custody? 3. I am already moving out of state. Can the adoptive parents deliver the baby back to me in another state? 4. We gave the baby the adoptive parents name on the birth certificate, can I change it to my last name? Thank you

Yes...you should revoke your consent immediately to avoid loss of your rights to the biological father. You should see a family law attorney immediately to protect your rights.
