This is squarely in the realm of legal advice, and we cannot give you legal advice without fully understanding the circumstances of your issue. Your best course of action contact a local attorney, either by email or phone, who will protect you and your rights. The best way to do this is by clicking on the find a lawyer tab on . Then find one that will offer a free consultation. This benefits you in two way, first and foremost you need to find an attorney who fits well with you and secondly to make sure that they are skilled enough to take on your case. The best case scenario is that you get your questions answered and you get a powerful attorney to help you if you need one.

Bring documentation that you are doing well in a treatment program, interlock if it is on your car, letter from your employer verifying need for a license to get to work and drive during the work day, and other evidence of your need to have your license. You would be better off with an attorney who can review the situation and fight the revocation. You can expect that if you are not revoked to be required to have the interlock put on your car for an additional period of time. They may also give you an alcohol restriction on your license and report you to the Medical Advisory Board.

If this was a first offense, why didn't you get a PBJ? That's the first thing I would be doing is trying to get the sentence changed, and then if it is changed, OAH will be forced to cancel the hearing and not revoke or suspend you.

Provide proof that you're in treatment, and ask for a work only license, or ask for interlock.
