Civil Process Server.

In TX family court my ex has sued me. Under "Type of Service/Process to be Issued" it says , "Civil Process Server - Authorized Person to Pickup XXXXX XXXXX tel XXX.XXX.XXXX". What does that mean as I am in a different state? Thanks.

It sounds like they are planning to use a process server to serve you instead of using the sheriff's department. We have process servers in Florida that can serve court documents from any state. Good luck.
