Can I sue my realtor for negligence? Due to her scheduling, we did the walk through after the closing.

This is my first home buying experience, so I am unaware of how involved Realtors are in usual circumstances. I have only seen my realtor once, in our initial meeting to set up my user id to the mls website. After I found the property, I told her the amount I wanted to offer and after minimal negotiation we had a contract on a bank owned fore-closured condo. The inspection went well, as the bank replaced the old water heater (the only real red flag). Then on the day of closing, she scheduled another realtor to sit during closing and perform the walk through AFTER the closing. As I am a first time home buyer, I did not think anything of it. However, after closing when we performed the walk thru, we discovered water damage from a cracked water heater from an above unit.

A realtor shows the home. They are not contractors to know of defects int he home. If you had an inspection and t failed to turn up the water damage then you may have a claim against the inspection company. If you didn't have an inspection done then you have no claim.

It is unlikely you have a claim against the realtor, you may have a claim against a home inspector if they did not discover during the inspection, or possibly the seller, if the seller knew of and did not disclose, although it is unlikely a bank owner would have that knowledge.
