If the officer neglected to include the front seat passenger, but included the other three, in the police report does this help?

The report includes false quoting of the accused first-time DWI offender, and also neglects to entail the presence of my front seat passenger as well as the second officer that was involved. Is this good for the defense?

These types of discrepancies can be helpful, but they do not relate to the central issues in your case. You should consult with a local NH attorney to flesh out the details of your case, and assess the defenses, which could include probable cause for the auto stop, and a number of protocols involved with a DWI stop/arrest.

It helps a tiny bit toward showing that the officer's observations may not be reliable or entirely accurate, but it does not equate to a dismissal.

These type of discrepancies can go to the officer's overall credibility but you should discuss this your attorney. If you don't have one I would suggest hiring one to assist you. Best of luck.
