Is there any way I can file a complaint against a person who makes racial discriminative comments?
Some person hanging out on the street downtown made a racial comment against me while I was waiting for a bus. I saw the person walking around downtown before and I can identify her with police officer if I want to. What is the most effective way for me to stop her harassing me like that? I do not know her and she does not know me as far as I know.
